Friday 1/29/2010 Update

My mom called last night and dad was feeling much better after a long previous day. They have been having a hard time getting his pain medications to be the right amount and kind. They have been making him feel pretty sick and thus was not wanting to take the pain meds. They have now put a nausea patch on the back of his neck that has really helped him to feel better. He is still trying to push himself each day to walk a little further and is doing great. The doctors said his liver is functioning great right now but that they are still watching closely for signs of rejection.
