Feelin' Good

I called my dad today and asked him what he was doing and he said he was, "Feelin' Good" he was at that moment walking around the mall. He said that he was feeling so good that he just had to get out. Seeing anything besides the hospital was so much fun! My mom and dad both sounded like they were having a fun time looking around at the stores and enjoying some time together. Dad said he wanted to just keep going and going, but that he was probably going to pay for it tomorrow. His pain meds are finally feeling like they are under control. My mom is going to try to come home in a week or two and hopefully dad will be right behind her. The doctors are optimistic about everything and so are mom and dad! Today was a great day!
